Loneliness Can Be A Good Thing

ree

When you start making changes in your life, whether it's a new career path, a healthier lifestyle, or personal growth, it's common to feel a sense of loneliness. It can be challenging when the people around you aren't on the same wavelength or don't understand the changes you're making.

However, it's important to understand that loneliness is not necessarily a negative feeling. It can be a signal that you're stepping out of your comfort zone and moving towards personal growth. When you start to change how you show up in the world, people may need to adjust to that. Sometimes this means that people may walk away or distance themselves from you, but this can also be an opportunity for personal freedom.

Loneliness can allow you to make choices based on your own desires and goals rather than what others think or want for you. It gives you the space to discover who you are and what you truly want. While it can be uncomfortable at first, loneliness can be a necessary part of the process in becoming the person you want to be.

As you continue to design your new life, you may find that some people from your past will return and others will have made the necessary adjustments to support you. More often than not, you will also begin to attract new people into your life who share your values and passions. These new relationships can be more fulfilling and supportive than the ones you may have left behind.

Most importantly, as you go through this process, you'll find that the best person to show up is you. The person you become through personal growth and change is the most authentic version of yourself. So, embrace the discomfort of loneliness and know that it's just part of the journey towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.
