Just for you — not a lecture
Everyone keeps asking what's wrong with you.
Wrong question.
You're not broken, and you're not a problem that needs fixing. Something around you got heavy — school, home, friends, the future, all at once — and you've been carrying most of it by yourself. This is a place to actually be heard.
Without the lecture that usually comes after.
Sound familiar?
You already know how this feels
The Unheard Version
You've explained it four different ways. It still comes out as "nothing."
You try to say what's actually going on, and somewhere between your mouth and their ears it turns into an argument about tone, or grades, or attitude — never the actual thing.
The "Have It Figured Out" Version
People keep asking what you're going to "do with your life." You're 16.
Everyone else seems to know their whole plan. You're just trying to get through this semester without it all falling apart.
The Fitting-In Version
Someone hands you something. Everyone's watching to see what you do.
For a second, fitting in feels like the only thing in the world that matters more than what you actually think — and saying no feels like the harder, lonelier option.
The "I'm The Problem" Version
It feels like the house is calmer when you're not in it.
Every conversation lately turns into a fight, and it's started to feel like you're the reason — even when you're not totally sure that's true.
You're not the problem.
The pressure is.
Nobody hands you a manual for any of this — how to deal with parents who don't get it, friends who expect too much, or a future that feels like it's already been decided for you. So most people just white-knuckle it, alone, until something cracks.
Coaching isn't about finding out what's wrong with you. It's about having one person in your corner who isn't grading you, isn't related to you, and isn't going anywhere — while you figure out what you actually think, want, and can handle.
Let's be clear
What this actually is
THIS ISN'T
1) A lecture in disguise
2) Punishment for "acting out"
3) Somewhere to get "fixed"
4) Someone repeating everything you say back to your parents, word for word
THIS IS
1) A space to talk to someone who isn't related to you
2) Someone who's dealt with real setbacks himself
3) A place where "I don't know" is a fine answer
4) Your parents stay in the loop on how things are going — just not a word-for-word replay of everything you say.
Important Note: While I WILL talk to your parents about how you're doing in general, I'm not a snitch. Your parents don't need a play-by-play of our coaching sessions. That said, I am a Mandated Reporter. As such, your safety will always come first.

"Some people don't need to be rescued — they need someone who believes they can rescue themselves."
— Sonny Robitaille, Mentor and Life Coach for Teens and Young Adults.
Sonny works with teens who are dealing with real pressure — at home, at school, with friends — and just haven't had someone fully in their corner yet. No judgment, no scripts, no pretending to have it all figured out either.
He's not here to report every word — he's here to actually listen.
Ready when you are...
You don't have to be in crisis to start this.
If any of this sounded familiar, the next step is small: a real conversation, not a program you get signed up for. Show this page to a parent, or have them reach out to set it up.
